 We also offer rental/commercial property cleanings, such as event clean ups, office buildings, make-readys, vacation homes and leased properties.  These cleanings include our basic, residential services, as well as:

Office/Commercial visits:

• Basic maintenance
• Air filter changes
• Change light bulbs
• Smoke detector tests/updates

Vacation Rentals:

• Guest check-in/out
• Laundry
• Basic Up-keep
• Housekeeping before and after each guest visit

 Make Ready Services:**

• Oven cleaning
• Shower sterilization
• Washed/polished woodwork
• Hand washed baseboards
• Garage clean out

**Prior to cleaning in make ready properties all items must be completely removed from all rooms, including kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, etc.  Extra charges may apply if items will need to be hauled away.
