How to Make 1 Laundry Soap into 8

How I make 1 jug of  Purex laundry soap into 8 jugs.

Item You Will Need:

1 of the largest Purex natural elements laundry soap jugs
1 gallon of vinegar
1 measuring cup
7 empty used Purex containers
water

Directions:

The first thing you do is line up all the empty jugs. Then add 1 3/4

cups of laundry soap in all the containers.  Add 2 cups vinegar. Take all of your jugs to the kitchen sink. Fill the rest of the container up with water, have the water at a slow steady stream. When it bubbles up to the top stop and let set, when set fill with water the rest of the way.

Put the lid on now you have eight jugs of laundry soap. It works great to make your clothes smell clean and fresh. This laundry soap works great to take old smells out of , dirty towels and smoky clothes.

This kind of soap I have has no dyes or perfumes and is hypoallergenic, because i break out with anything with perfumes or dyes in them. This soap is also great for people with eczema or skin conditions, me and my family have issues with eczema.

Tips on Cleaning a Bathroom

Here are some bathroom quick efficient cleaning tips. Start by putting toilet bowl cleaner in the toilet, shut the lid, Spray the bathtub and shower including the walls with scrubbing bubbles or similar and let set. 

Then go to the sink spray scrubbing bubbles in the sink let set. Sweep the floors clean the dust and debris put in the trash can and then dump the trash canister. Come to the sink and wipe down the counters then clean out the sink.

Dry the sink starting with the fixtures first, counter then the sink. Spray the mirror and wipe it off. Go to the shower wipe all the scrubbing bubbles off and rinse. 

Then dry the shower starting with fixture, walls then the tub. I use bleach wipes to clean the toilet, start by wiping down the top of the toilet and handle, then the tank, the lid, bottom of  the lid, toilet seat,  

bottom of  the toilet seat, get your toilet scrub brush and clean the inside of the toilet out, clean under the toilet seat, the outside of toilet bowl and around the toilet on the floor. Get the mop or swiffer wet jet and mop the floor. Now your bathroom is clean and smells good.

Here are some green Eco friendly safe recipes i use around the house. I like these recipes and use these at my own house, knowing they are going to clean and not have to worry about my kids, cat or dog getting into them and getting hurt or sick. Safe and non toxic

All purpose cleaner - cleans and disinfects

1 squirt bottle

1/2 cup vinegar pour in squirt bottle

fill the rest of the bottle up with water

Unclogs the sink and cleans

1/2 cup baking soda, pour in each side of the sink

3-6 cups vinegar

pour the vinegar on the baking soda on each side let fizz, if there is any baking soda left pour more vinegar and let fizz. 

repeat if necessary

Clean and make garbage disposal smell better

1 orange cut up

turn on garbage disposal

put pieces of oranges down disposal

now it will smell better and be cleaner from the citric acid

Floor Cleaner 

1 swiffer wet jet mop

1/4 cup vinegar

water

 The first thing you will need to do to make it green is dump out the solution, clean the solution out with soap. Fill the empty container with vinegar and water.

Glass and mirror cleaner

Silver Cleaner

1 piece of aluminum foil

baking soda

hot water

plug your sink, put the foil in bottom of sink, pour baking soda on the foil, put silver pieces on top of the baking soda, pour the boiling water on top, let set. When it is cool dry the pieces of silver off with a lint free cloth.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay for your services?
Cash or Check
Payment is due at the time of service.  Cash or check may be left at the property on the day of service. 
*For commercial services we also offer billing/invoice payment options

Do I have to be home for your visits?
No.  If you will not be home then other arrangements will need to be made so we can enter the property.  This includes leaving a key under the doormat or an access to to a side door or garage door.  Please note that Meg's House  Cleaning Services does not keep a key to the house once we leave.  The key will be put back where it is found and will remain in the customer's possession.

Are pets in the home OK?
Absolutely!  As long as the pet is alright with us being in the home.  If the animal is not comfortable with our presence, we request that the animal be confined to another area, crated, etc.  We are pet friendly and do our best to work around your pets needs also.

Is a contract necessary?
No.  Although scheduled cleanings are encouraged, Meg's House Cleaning Services also offers one time special/event cleanings.

Who supplies the cleaning products?
Most of our customers prefer us to use their own supplies, since they may have a favorite brand they use or have known allergies to other cleaners.  However, we are always fully stocked with our own supplies at each visit.  Please let us know if special cleaning accommodations need to be made.

What if I wish/need to cancel my appointment for the upcoming week?
We understand that people get sick or have emergencies that they need to take care of.  There is never a fee or penalty or cancelling your appointment.  We do ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can reschedule your cleaning at a later date.

What if I decide to go on vacation?

Each property is evaluated individually based on size, area, cleanliness and supplies needed.  If water or electricity is not available on the property, additional charges may apply.

Meg's house cleaning is a family owned business in Wichita, Ks. We have been in business for 5 years. Our services include but not limited to cleaning the house, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, helping organize rooms, laundry, dishes and more. I will use your own cleaning supplies for your own taste. We will run errands. We will drop off and pick up dry cleaning, grocery shop, pick up medicine or prescriptions and more. We will also do light yard work, rack leaves, pull weeds, plant flowers, water the garden. Packing boxes when moving, wrapping fragile items and packing them, you supply the packing materials and boxes. We charge $25.00 / Hour for all services, this includes $25 / hour minimum of 2 hours, combining services.

Cash or Check Payment is due at the time of service.  Cash or check may be left at the property on the day of service.  *For commercial services we also offer billing/invoice payment options Do I have to be home for your visits? No.  If you will not be home then other arrangements will need to be made so we can enter the property.  This includes leaving a key under the doormat or an access to to a side door or garage door.  Please note that Meg's House  Cleaning Services does not keep a key to the house once we leave.  The key will be put back where it is found and will remain in the customer's possession. Are pets in the home OK? Absolutely!  As long as the pet is alright with us being in the home.  If the animal is not comfortable with our presence, we request that the animal be confined to another area, crated, etc.  We are pet friendly and do our best to work around your pets needs also. Is a contract necessary? No.  Although scheduled cleanings are encouraged, Meg's House Cleaning Services also offers one time special/event cleanings. Who supplies the cleaning products? Most of our customers prefer us to use their own supplies, since they may have a favorite brand they use or have known allergies to other cleaners.  However, we are always fully stocked with our own supplies at each visit.  Please let us know if special cleaning accommodations need to be made. What if I wish/need to cancel my appointment for the upcoming week? We understand that people get sick or have emergencies that they need to take care of.  There is never a fee or penalty or cancelling your appointment.  We do ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can reschedule your cleaning at a later date. What if I decide to go on vacation?
